As part of The Breakthrough Letter, every week I send out a short email with one idea, one suggestion, and one resource to help you break through your breakup and create a new possibility for love, either with your ex or someone new.

Here’s this week’s edition. Enjoy.

Today’s Idea:

Contrary to common misconceptions, true vulnerability is not about whining and showing weakness. It’s about expressing your authentic self, which includes your feelings, desires, and insecurities. And then accepting whatever the other party’s response is to that expression.

Embracing this kind of vulnerability can profoundly influence the dynamics with an ex or a new love interest. More specifically, it often creates a deeper connection, enhances trust, and significantly boosts attraction, as it shows courage and confidence.

Today’s Suggestion:

Consider opening up about your feelings, desires, or insecurities the next time you communicate with someone you’re interested in.
